Not a lot of photos for this day was at the CALA fire response convening event at the Getty Villa and don't want to upload those for privacy reasons/idk what the rules were regarding that event. Being able to participate as a speaker was a real honour and as always, am so grateful for my boss for taking a chance on me. Feeling especially grounded after hearing all the amazing work everyone is up to (those batchelder tiles man...) Got to show face to a couple folks that I've reached out to and connected with other the past year and was nice to hear about what they've been up to and also connect with some new people. Unfortunately my throat was sore (SICK!) and had to cut the networking and catching up earlier than I would've liked. Still good to see people though and be reminded that I should reach out more and go to more conservation events.
